· I reserve the right to share and stream my work in any form, except for private commissions.· I reserve the right to post completed commissions on my social media accounts for advertising and portfolio purposes, and will provide proper credit to the client and any other artists involved in the creation of the work.· I have the right to decline any commission or request that makes me uncomfortable or that I am not confident enough to complete.· I have the right to decline commissions that require me to replicate another artist's style.· I cannot be held responsible for any misunderstandings or misconceptions if the commissioner fails to read my Terms of Service thoroughly.

As the client, you..

· You should always credit me as the artist and have the credit in your Twitter bio, channel, and/or website.· You are NOT allowed to request that I keep the commission private or refrain from posting it anywhere, unless you have paid for a privacy fee.· You are NOT allowed to distribute the art/VTuber model file to others. If you would like to resell the design/model I created for you ask me via VGen or Discord: SalleeLyte· You are NOT allowed to use the commission in any NFTs and/or cryptocurrency.· You are NOT allowed to use the art/model illustration in any AI-related technology, including AI Art Generators· You, the commissioner will not receive any physical products.· You, the commissioner can post the artwork on social media for personal use, use it for an icon, profile picture, banner, etc. so long as I, SalleeLyte am properly credited.· You, understand that every commission work still belongs to me, SalleeLyte, and I have the right to post these works on social media.

Cancellation/Refund DetailsNo refunds or cancellations allowed after payment is made, so make sure you're 100% sure before commissioning me.

If I am the one cancelling your commission, you will receive a partial/full refund depending on how much of the artwork is finished.If I contact you with an update and I do not receive a response within 7-10 days I will continue the commission and send it as finished. NO REFUND AVAILABLE

· Payments are 100% before sketch unless payment plan is active
· Payment plans available over $50
· If you need your art sooner, please ask about rush fees. Rush fee price changes depending on how soon the deadline is.
Privacy Fees· A privacy fee of 20% of the total price will be charged.
· I will not live stream or post work-in-progress (WIP) images or videos of the art/model on any of my social media if the client has not yet debuted the model.
· Clients have the option to post progress/WIPs of the art/model on their social media if they choose, but must provide proper credits.
· After the model's debut, I am allowed to post a showcase video of the art/model with proper credits given to the client and artists involved.


ProcessUsual TAT/delivery is two(2) months to four(4) months depending on detail.

During the process, I will keep you updated about the progress of your piece with included images (watermarked) while it is a work in progress. Sketch phases will be sent to commissioners for approval before moving forward with the piece.
Revisions3 major & 5 small revisions are free while in sketch phase, color changes are free. Anything beyond those will be a charge of $5 per major & $2 per small. I will inform you if one of the revisions is being used.
Any large design changes after the sketch has been approved will cost $20, small changes will be $10.
90 Day PolicyAfter receiving your rigged model and you see something you'd like to have tweaked or fixed up, you have a 90 day "warranty" to come to me and ask me to fix it for you!

Extra Info· Commissions are NOT first come, first served. I will review each application and will contact those that I've accepted.· Commissions will be worked on one or two at a time! I'll reopen my commissions once I'm done.

Mood boards accepted as long as it has detailed information (will no longer be accepted after Dec 31st, 2025)

· Maximum canvas size will be 5000x7500px, could be 4000x7500px depending on your design.
· Must consider my art style if you're commissioning me.

Extra InformationWhen finished, you will receive a ZIP file with a .PSD file of your commissioned piece.
