As the artist, I..

· I reserve the right to share and stream my work in any form, except for private/NDA commissions.· I reserve the right to post completed commissions on my social media accounts for advertising and portfolio purposes, and will provide proper credit to the client and any other artists involved in the creation of the work.· I have the right to decline commissions that require me to replicate another artist's style.· I cannot be held responsible for any misunderstandings or misconceptions if the commissioner fails to read my Terms of Service thoroughly.

As the client, you..

· You should always credit me as the artist and have the credit in your Twitter/X bio, Twitch/ YouTube channel, and/or website.· You are NOT allowed to request that I keep the commission private or refrain from posting it anywhere, unless you have paid for a privacy/NDA fee.· You are NOT allowed to distribute the art/VTuber model file to others. If you would like to resell the art/design/model I created for you ask me via VGen: SalleeLyte· You are NOT allowed to use the art/model illustration in any AI-related technology, AI Art Generators, any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs and cryptocurrency.· You, the commissioner can post the artwork on social media for personal use, use it for an icon, profile picture, banner, etc. so long as I, SalleeLyte am properly credited.· You, understand that every commission work still belongs to me, SalleeLyte, and I have the right to post these works on social media.

I ask that I am treated with respect and patience, If I feel like I am being treated with hate or aggression, I have the right to cancel a commission at any point in the process. (See cancellation details below)
Commissions are first come, first served. I will review your application and I will contact you. If I don't believe I can complete your request then I will decline with reason.
CANCELLATION / REFUNDSCancellations are accepted before any payment is made.
No refunds or cancellations allowed after payment is made, so make sure you're 100% positive before commissioning me.

If I am the one cancelling your commission, you will receive a partial refund depending on how much of the artwork is finished.If I contact you with an update and I do not receive a response within 7-10 days I will continue the commission and send it as finished. NO REFUND AVAILABLE

COMMUNICATIONCommunication will be through VGen unless otherwise chosen differently.

Payments are 100% upfront unless payment plan is active.
Payment plans available over $50
· If you need your art sooner, please ask about rush fees. Rush fee price changes depending on how soon the deadline is.
PRIVACY FEESA privacy fee of 20% of the total price will be charged.
I will not live stream or post work-in-progress (WIP) images or videos of the art/model on any of my social media if the client has not yet shown the art/model.
Clients have the option to post progress/WIPs of the art/model on their social media if they choose, but must provide proper credits.
After the art is posted/model's debut, I am allowed to post a showcase video of the art/model with proper credits given to the client and artists involved.


DEADLINES AND DELIVERYUsual TAT/delivery is one(1) month to four(4) months depending on detail.

During the process, I will keep you updated about the progress of your piece with included images (watermarked) while it is a work in progress. Sketch phases will be sent to commissioners for approval before moving forward with the piece.
When finished, you will receive a ZIP file with a .PSD file of your commissioned piece.

REVISIONS3 major & 5 small revisions are free while in sketch phase, color changes are always free. Anything beyond those will be a charge of $5 per major & $2 per small. I will inform you if one of the revisions is being used.
Any large design changes after the sketch has been approved will cost $20, small changes will be $10.
90 DAY POLICYAfter receiving your rigged model and you see something you'd like to have tweaked or fixed up, you have a 90 day "warranty" to come to me and ask me to fix it for you!For Art: This is only for color changes, and adding details I missed.
For Rigging: This is for something that might be clipping through other parts, fixing physics, etc.

Commercial use comes with Monetized use for no extra cost. To do this select both options on VGen and I'll manually deduct the 35% for monetized use
